We contacted Les in regards to buying a Chevy pickup because we had no luck getting a decent pickup with other dealers because of our poor credit. Les more than listened to what we wanted in a pickup an because we had no luck getting a decent pickup with other dealers because of our poor credit. Les more than listened to what we wanted in a pickup and gave us a couple of options. One option was a down payment that we just were not able to do at the time. Les went back to the finance department and was able to get us a 2010 Chevy Z71 with no down payment and work with and really listened to what we really wanted in our new vehicle, unlike most salesmen we have talked to. When we decided to purchase a new vehicle we went straight to Vern Eide. We were fortunate to meet Les Neugebauer in the outside lot. We told Les what we were looking for, which was a Ford Escape. straight to Vern Eide. We were fortunate to meet Les Neugebauer in the outside lot. We told Les what we were looking for, which was a Ford Escape. Les had one in the lot that was exactly the color that we wanted. We went for a test drive and were sold on the vehicle. Les very patiently sat with us for a long period of time going over every detail of the Escape and then later over the paperwork. Les is a very friendly, knowledgable salesman. Les goes above and beyond what is expected. He took our vehicle in for the extra coating and leatherwork, has called numerous times to see if we have questions and if we are satisfied with the vehicle. We are very happy with the Escape and the price we paid for it. We feel that Les is more a 'friend' then a 'salesman' to us. He is a huge asset to Vern Eide. I have recommended Vern Eide and Les to many people. More

A few months ago my wife and i decided that it was time to update our 1993 chevy pickup. After pricing late model pickups I stopped at VernEide Ford in Mitchell and Talked with Les Neugebauer. We discusse to update our 1993 chevy pickup. After pricing late model pickups I stopped at VernEide Ford in Mitchell and Talked with Les Neugebauer. We discussed pricing options and then I asked about Leasing a brand new pickup. Les took the time to explain the leasing options in detail, when he noticed that I was not quite sold yet on leasing he promptly asked the finance person on duty that day to come and talk with me and my wife. It became clear that leasing was the best option for us. We were going to wait till fall of 2012 but after Les took us out to look at the inventory of F150's with ecoboost, we found the pickup that we liked so much that within a few days we signed the lease papers. We like our new pickup and are still amazed at how easy the lease was to obtain. Les has also taken the time to show us how to use the sync system and every now and then he calls to see how we like the new pickup and if we have any questions. What we like most about dealing with Les is His honesty and integrity. We have also got to know Brian and Adam in the service deptment and they are always ready to help. More

The dealership experience was good all around, I thought I should have got lease agreement than I have, with the trade in of the 2007 F150. The end lease on this 2011 F150 will be higher that antcipated. Also the 2011 F150 that I have wasn't the color I wanted, and seems to have some transmision problems with only 4,000 miles on it. Ryan was very helpfull helping me decide on the vehicle along with Les, who helped with quesitons on mysync. The manager Charle was very friendly and helpful on customer service. I also had some additional things added to my vehicle that was handled at the GM store. I was very impressed with the stores remodle and the friendly service. Everyone was so nice and curtious with getting stuff done proply and having a car for me right away and delivery it as soon as it was done. I will highly Ryan or anyone at either locations. Very impressed and LOVE my car!!!!! More
