I had an unique experience with Les. I found a truck that was exactly what I was looking for at Vern Eide. The only problem was mitchell was 280 miles away. I talked to Les all week about it and decided to meet me half way which was risky on both sides. On a Friday night by the way! Fortunately he described the truck to a "t" and I drove my new truck home. My biggest regret was we ran into inclement weather and I didn't get a chance to buy him supper. If you are looking for great customer service and a straight shooter when it comes to selling vehicles I highly recommend Les and Vern Eide in Mitchell. More

I was dealing with Les on a Lincoln Navigator that I had seen on Auto Trader. I spoke with him on Monday and told him that we were going to be there on Sat to get it. I also told him that if he needed a down payment I would send it to him the next day so that it wouldn't be sold out from under me. He said not necessary. I also filled out a loan app. that was approved. I was in contact with him on tues and wed. and everything was fine. Then he called me on Thursday evening and told me that the navigator had been sold on Wed. I would just like to know how it could be sold when I said I was buying it???? As far as I am concerned I would NEVER do business there or recommend this to anyone!!!! More

Excellent place to do business. Prices are reasonable and the trade in prices are also in line. No monkey business, just straight up deals and no pressure. The reason I leased a 2013 Edge from Les is he had been trying to find a vehicle for us for the past few months and he called one day and said that there was a great deal on leasing a new Edge right now. We went in and Les told us about the vehicles they had plus one that they were getting in. As it turned out we leased the vehicle that they had coming in because it had all the options that we were looking for and at a great lease payment. A big thanks to Les for all his hard work in finding the right vehicle for us at a price we were happy with.
