We have been using Kia of North Austin since 2007. We have recently purchased our 11th Kia, and could not be happier! Our salesperson feels like a friend, as we have been using him for about 3 years n We have recently purchased our 11th Kia, and could not be happier! Our salesperson feels like a friend, as we have been using him for about 3 years now. And we have now purchased five vehicles through him. The finance team is fantastic! They are quick and thorough in their explanations very helpful if you have any questions. Love my salesman and my finance persons friendliness and enthusiasm, and their thoroughness and the effort that they go to to make sure that we are super happy with our purchases. Horrible service especially from the finance department. I was only given a first name of the finance manager, Susan, it took the office approximately 6 months to provide me car tag. During this wait time I I was only given a first name of the finance manager, Susan, it took the office approximately 6 months to provide me car tag. During this wait time I was pulled over and given a warning by State Trooper that it was illegal to have a temporary tag for an extended period of time. Finally on the day I received my tags I had to contact and have the Cedar Park police present to have my tags given to me as promised the day before. I do NOT recommend having any dealings with this car dealership More

The Dealer we worked with at Kia was Wills … We went to 4 other dealerships and found a ok experience. But we ran them tan into Wills at your dealership and enjoyed his character that included him being awes other dealerships and found a ok experience. But we ran them tan into Wills at your dealership and enjoyed his character that included him being awesome, charismatic, approachable, informative. He provided a top notch experience all together. I really hate car buying but he made it smooth along with our finance guy. This was my sons car we were purchasing and I enjoyed seeing my son smile from the point he found this car. He will soon realize paying for the car will not be as fun, but it’s worth it. Thank you for the professional and enjoyable experience. More
