Shopping for a specific pre-owned vehicle for my son who has been saving for this purchase for quite some time. Reached out to the dealership about this particular car and started a text conversation with Levi. Went through several details with Levi in a text thread and made an appointment to see the car. Head out from halfway across Dallas in 6pm traffic to see this specific car. Arrived at the dealership and didn't see the vehicle on the lot. Stood outside our vehicle for a minute and was never approached. Ok. Step inside and the extremely courteous front desk lady greeted us. Asked for Levi as we had an appointment. She calls someone, apparently Levi and he was with a client. Stood there another 5-10 minutes as the front desk lady tried to corral someone just to talk to me. I had been standing on the sales floor and there weren't that many sales people. Understandable in these times, but I pretty much made eye contact with every sales person in there as they all walked about. One sales person was walking by and she asked him since Levi was not available could he help me...He scanned me, then noticed a young guy walking towards the screaming yellow Corvette and said no, I need to help these guys first. He seen me standing there several minutes prior and blew right past me for the customer who just pulled up...I have my son standing beside me with cash literally hanging out of his pockets trying to buy something and I felt we were prejudged for some odd reason as the guy bolted towards the young kid and the Corvette. Finally after about 15 minutes of awkwardly standing there hoping someone would say hello to us, let alone sell my son car , approached us. He got the VIN and stock number and went to the sales office to find the keys and the car. After ANOTHER 10-15 minutes he walks up and said sorry the car is not available anymore and was sent to auction a few days ago. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I was beside myself. I thanked the young man who actually helped me and left. How could a dealership/sales person text a person all day about a car that isn't even on your lot anymore, have that person drive halfway across Dallas to come see said car, not come out and at least introduce yourself and do a nice handoff to a salesperson who was available.. Unprofessional to say the least. Kudos to the young salesman and front desk person for at least trying to help. Very Very frustrating situation. I can only imagine how the sales process WOULD have gone down. More

Levi was great and very quick on responding to questions I had. The '22 Tundra I was looking at getting was delayed by a month, but once it got to the Dealership Levi made sure the process was smooth and fa I had. The Salesman Mr Levi of Toyota of Mckinney is very kind and very polite who is very different from his manager Mr Norman, nobody in my family want to meet him anymore! Toyota of McKinney made my car buying experience very easy. They showed me what was available and helped get me the car I wanted despite the current inventory difficulties. BEWARE: They do not stand by their used car warranty. My son bought at used car from the dealership back in March 2022. We read their used car warranty page from their website which states: "Buy Your N My son bought at used car from the dealership back in March 2022. We read their used car warranty page from their website which states: "Buy Your Next Used Car with Confidence at Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney" and felt confident with the purchase made. 2 weeks into driving the car, we had to limp the car into a Ford dealership nearby. Major engine work was required in order to get the car back on the road. Took about 2 months to get the car back. We tried to work with Pat Lobb dealership but got the run-around immediately. Their sales guy is ok, was responding to my requests but no longer responds. We visited their dealership and their response was "We may be able to give you $2K". The repair work totaled more than double this amount. Numerous attempts to get anything out of this dealership has failed. Again, their sales person was the only one responding, nobody else did. So their "Buy Your Next Used Car with Confidence at Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney" is a joke statement. We have ZERO confidence in this dealership. Beware and purchase at your own peril if you do decide to buy from them. We are really disappointed in them. They simply do not care. More

I spoke with Levi a few months back about a used Tundra and he was very helpful but I decided not to purchase at that time. Then I saw a 2021 Tundra online in your inventory that was the exact truck I was and he was very helpful but I decided not to purchase at that time. Then I saw a 2021 Tundra online in your inventory that was the exact truck I was wanting. I texted Levi to check the availability and he said he was on his way in to work and he would let me know as soon as he could. He got back with me within the hour and got me pre-approved and I put down a deposit to hold because I couldn't come in until the next day. Truck was detailed and waiting on me when I arrived. Also Brian Slam in finance was awesome!!! His humor helped ease the pain of the worst part of the car buying experience....the finance department lol More

There are honest and ethical dealers out there. This is not one of them. Do your homework before going there. They will do everything that dealers are known poorly for in order to get you in the box and on not one of them. Do your homework before going there.
