Having a helpful service dept is very important to me- whenever I have had issues, they have been helpful and willing to solve the issue promptly! More

We purchased a used vehicle that had an inspection and within a day we had multiple issues. When we promptly reported the problems we were told that we would have to pay for everything because we had sig within a day we had multiple issues. When we promptly reported the problems we were told that we would have to pay for everything because we had signed the"as is". But after looking at what we signed, we highlighted the things that should be covered even with our sign off. My husband was told no, they wouldn't cover anything. He called the complaint line and spent much of a work day going back and forth on four different things with the dealership. In the end we didn't have to pay but it was like pulling teeth and through it all, he dealt with some very rude staff. We have been loyal Ford purchasers for twenty plus years and this by far was the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle. Very disappointing. More

My salesman, Antonio Starr, was outstanding. Antonio was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain features clearly, and made sure I felt confident and excited about my purchase. It was clear he cared about making this a great experience, not just making a sale. If you’re in the market for a Ford—especially a Bronco—I highly recommend Hudson Ford and working with Antonio. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had, and I absolutely love my new Bronco! More
