ALL SALESMEN SHOULD TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY! I recently completed a deal for a RAV4 with Levi Lafferty at R&H Toyota. Levi Lafferty was the very best car salesman with whom I have ever dealt. I recently completed a deal for a RAV4 with Levi Lafferty at R&H Toyota. Levi Lafferty was the very best car salesman with whom I have ever dealt. I am 60 years old, married with 4 sons. It is fair to say that in my lifetime I have bought at least 25 cars for me and my family, maybe more. So for Levi to be the very best salesman with whom I have ever dealt is quite a remarkable feat. The experience could not have been any more perfect. R&H had the car I wanted with the options I wanted in the color I wanted. Their advertised price was the lowest in the area and they played no games, no hidden fees. The very fair price they advertised was the price I paid. I researched the value of my trade in. SInce I got a great deal on the new car I anticipated that R&H would try to make its extra profit by low-balling me on the trade. Not so! Levi got me exactly what Kelly Blue Book said the car was worth and the sales manager played no games at all. This was a refreshingly honest and painless experience. I will definitely go back to Levi Lafferty later this year when I must replace one of my other cars. More

I knew exactly what I wanted--a new Toyota Camry--but I had a few questions. Chris Whitney, Dan Coy and Levi Lafferty had all the answers and they didn't call every day. I started and ended the whole process with Levi--he even delivered the car to my home! Thanks for everything Levi. I can't forget Derek, who was there to make me comfortable in the waiting room. Even though we paid cash for the car, there were numerous papers to sign, and I can't remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me--he was wonderful (Steve Southworth?). Yes, this was a very pleasant experience. And lest I forget--I love my new Toyota Camry--my fourth. More

Three-plus hours to purchase a vehicle? No thanks! I recently purchased a new Camry at R&H as they had the exact model and color scheme I wanted in stock. Having previously had a poor experience at R&H I recently purchased a new Camry at R&H as they had the exact model and color scheme I wanted in stock. Having previously had a poor experience at R&H when purchasing by prior Camry, one would question why I went back. Needless to say, nothing changed from 2012 to 2014, as it once again took me over three hours to complete the sales process. I am usually not one to write online reviews; however, I recently purchased at new Highlander at Bill Kidd's, and my purchase process from start to finish was vastly superior to the one I was treated to at R&H. That said, I would encourage you to reach out to Mike Thornton at Bill Kidd's if you are serious about buying a Toyota and want to be treated to an enjoyable car buying experience. One hour from start to finish, the way a car should be purchased. Additionally, Mike is not opposed to negotiating a price via email, a process one would think all dealers would be open to today given the prevalence of email usage. If I email a dealer about a car, I don't want a call from an annoying salesman asking me to come in for a test drive (R&H approach), I want to know the availability of the vehicle and what you are willing to sell it for (Bill Kidd's approach).
