Levi Lafferty worked with us to get the EXACT model, trim, color, and options we wanted at an excellent price. We knew exactly what I was paying. No line item shell game and no junk fees. We knew the total price out the door after tax, title, and registration. The transaction was smooth. Went back and forth through email and paid a deposit. He provided the necessary receipts so I can rest assured our contract will be honored. They'll hold the car until we arrive (moving to the area) and can sign and pay the due amount. I was told about complimentary maintenance for 2 years/25,000 miles and free car washes for life. Pretty cool! More

The first two times, because I was not sure of what kind of car I wanted, I was shown a variety of cars to test drive. All involved were very accommodating and let me explore at my own pace. When I returned a third time on a busy Saturday, I again was greeted immediately and taken to see sales associate Levi Lafferty who was more than eager to please. He went out of his way to make us happy. Also, the financial manager was extremely helpful to us, and was willing to print out a second copy of all paperwork for us. Thanks to everyone else (sorry I forgot their names) who made our car buying experience painless and easy. I would definitely recommend R&H to others. More

Some dealers make you wait forever and later tells you are not qualified for this promotion. But at R&H its not like that. They will tell you in the beginning. The young sales person Levi was awesome man who went extra mile to get us out of dealership within few hours with our new RAV4 as we had to go to a party. He also did not hold us unnecessarily.
