Finn Misa at ACC was absolutely exceptional in all possible ways! Not having bought an MB previously, he took us in hand, had cars ready to show us against our previously advised requirements, spent well over 4 hours taking us through the features of the vehicle, explained all the possible vehicle options and financing, and gave us hard data to back up each decision. We ended up with my wife’s highly preferred vehicle, and he even got us a great price. Have to say the other people at the dealership were absolutely exceptional. There was zero pressure to buy things we did not want, everything was explained over and over again in detail, and every question was answered in detail. Thanks for such a great car buying experience! Thank you. More
