All of the parties I dealt with in purchasing my 2020 Ridgeline were very professional and courteous. My purchase was on the first day the dealership was allowed to open after the Corona Virus struck. Ridgeline were very professional and courteous. I know it was a difficult time for all involved that day concerning wearing face masks etc. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle alone. When Kirk Foster went over the options with me, he had to stay outside of the vehicle, and talk through the window with a mask on. I know this had to be a big change for him, but he took it in stride with no complaints to me, the customer. 2 weeks after my purchase my cruise control quit working. Mr. Foster responded to my E-mail questioning this problem in a very prompt fashion, and the problem was fixed with the push of one button thanks to Kirk. More
