World Class Customer Service! Lewis was beyond wonderful. I stopped by the dealership wanting to look at and test drive an Odyssey. We recently had twins, plus having a 14yr old, we needed something with more space than our current CRV. I explained to Lewis I would not be buying or making any decisions that day, as I did not have my CRV with me to appraise. This would be something I would need to do on a different day, but he did not mind. He could have easily passed on helping me as I wasn't purchase-ready in that moment. We met back with him a week later and were done within a couple hours. From start to finish, the entire experience with EVERYONE who helped us that day was tremendous! We are so thankful. I will never drive another brand...Honda's are the only option for us. Not to mention the sales experience is NEVER cheap or pushy. Keep up the great work! More

New car purchasing made easy.` We went to Honda World to get our 2016 Honda CRV serviced, knowing we had only 4 lease payments left on it. Soon after arriving, their service depart We went to Honda World to get our 2016 Honda CRV serviced, knowing we had only 4 lease payments left on it. Soon after arriving, their service department, who is second to none, began the process of servicing our car. We decided to browse the showroom and look into what our options were for our end of lease. That's when we met Lewis Ray, a nine year veteran of the sales force at Honda World, and he was very cordial and absolutely no pressure at all. After discussing our options, we ask to see a new 2018 CRV in the color SandStorm, which Lewis accommodated us, and accompanied us on a test drive, he was very informative on the upgrades found on the 2018 model compared to our 2016. In no time, we realized the benefits of updating to the new model, and after some low pressure negotiations, ending up leasing a New Honda CRV from Lewis Ray! All the sales support team were eager to help us, and made us feel very comfortable. This was our fourth new CRV to purchase from Honda World , we are convinced there is no finer investment than the appreciating value of the CRV. In fact, at one point in our life, my wife, and two of our three daughters drove Honda CRV's all at the same time!
