I had a pleasant experience with Dorottya Fellegi as she explained all of the features to the Pilot. She didn't rush through anything, and I feel I can go back and go through it again as needed. As far as the process, I spent more money than I planned to, but that's on me. Of course, buying a vehicle at this particular time in 2023, there is no dealing and when you need a vehicle, you don't have much choice except to pay top dollar. More

I'm not sure anyone really looks forward to the car buying process, but this one was relatively painless! We didn't feel pressured by our salesman, Lewis, and felt like he really listened to what we we buying process, but this one was relatively painless! We didn't feel pressured by our salesman, Lewis, and felt like he really listened to what we were looking for. Harry was very transparent when it came time to sign all the paperwork and explained the financing process in a way we could understand. Dorottya, our delivery specialist, gave a quick (but efficient) rundown of the features we needed to know to get started with our new Pilot. I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process- thank you! More
