Lastly Daniel Hurd, Product Specialist did a wonderful job showing me all the features of my vehicle. He even paired my cell phone to the vehicle before leaving the dealership and offered to program any radio stations. I love that I am receiving 3 months of Sirius XM for free! Honda World is a great place to go for a new vehicle and from my past experiences, their service department is top-notch as well! More

Our recent CR-V purchase at Honda World was a pleasant experience. While at the dealership, after we signed all the papers, etc., we had a Delivery Specialist, Brook Kepfer, go thru all the particular settings on the inside - how to set the automatic drivers seat for 2 different drivers; she demonstrated how to set the radio stations we wanted; she paired both our phones with the vehicle; what we can do by connecting our phones to the car with a USB cable, etc. There was a lot to go over but having a Delivery Specialist was so helpful!! John Daniels, Finance Dept., was very helpful and we loved his sense of humor! Thank you Lewis, Brook & John for making our car buying experience a good one! More

Dorottya Fellegi was a great help when we picked up the van. She went through all of the features on the doors, steering wheel and the dash. She was very patient, slowly and thoroughly explained different features and stopped several time to ask if I had questions. Thanks Honda World!
