I have taken my eco dodge 1500 pickup to be serviced since I bought it new. lots of recalls have been done. The San Angelo dealer service department has done some recalls and oil changes with long waiting times. I left my pickup for a recall on the exhaust system. I did not need the truck for the day so I left it with the service department. They parked it in a gated area. I returned 4 days later and no work had been done. This time I got an appointment because my check engine light said 'service DEF system'. I received 2 texts to confirm this appointment. Once I arrived and the service person told me that the fuel filter had to be changed before the check engine problem could be worked on. I said that I had no problem with the filter, anyway I told them to go ahead and change it. An hour later the truck comes back and they tell me that they are done with it. I was happy for the fast service, until they tell me that the diesel mechanics are gone this day for schooling, that's the reason I made the appointment and brought the truck. And that I will have to make another appointment. Now I am told to come back in August. Pissed me off. I left and called Abilene dodge dealer and there I have always had good luck in same day service. Eddie Ortega
