I was impressed with the staff at St. Cloud Toyota. Everyone was super nice and I trusted them. Loved our sales rep, Lexi! When we picked up our car the next day, Sharmeta was so nice t Cloud Toyota. Everyone was super nice and I trusted them. Loved our sales rep, Lexi! When we picked up our car the next day, Sharmeta was so nice to me and made sure I was taken care of right away. Also, I am happy that our car has a free lifetime warranty on the drive train. That warranty is unheard of in the car industry. Bravo to St. Cloud Toyota! We WILL be back! More

Dealership was great. Fantastic, friendly, and fun staff!! I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and did not get the great vibe a got at Toyota. I thought th Fantastic, friendly, and fun staff!! I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and did not get the great vibe a got at Toyota. I thought the sales and finance team coordinated well together. They were transparent with everything and efficient with my time. Very patient and knowledgeable with answering all of my questions. When we got there Lexi greeted us and had an amazing personality!! Very fun and knows her stuff. I felt comfortable through the entire process and appreciated the excellent communication her and Nate provided. I would 10/10 recommend them to friends and family! More

LEXI did well engaging with my wife, self and daughter. I was surprised that floor mats were not standard and disappointed at the casual response and lack of willingness to resolve. Also, when a bevel/den I was surprised that floor mats were not standard and disappointed at the casual response and lack of willingness to resolve. Also, when a bevel/dent was noticed on a door after purchase was final. No attempt to resolve was provided and that was disappointing. Car is good and was grateful for inventory options considering our urgent need. Purchase process was smooth and efficient. More
