I scheduled my appointment for Saturday November 8th at 7:45. I decided to drop the truck off the night before so I didn’t have to wake up early and take it there. Saturday came and they called me early ju 7:45. I decided to drop the truck off the night before so I didn’t have to wake up early and take it there. Saturday came and they called me early just to confirm my appointment and the work to be done. By 2 o’clock I had not received a call and it being done. I reached out to check on the status of my vehicle. They said that it would be done by 3. They close at 3. They said to arrive around 2:45. 2:45 I get a phone call stating that they can’t find my registration. I should have made sure all the paperwork was in order when dropping the vehicle off (my fault). However it is 2:45 and they close in 15 minutes. The vehicle has been there all day and they realized that the registration was not in the vehicle 15 minutes before they closed. I was not able to provide the registration by the end of the day and I had to wait until Monday to give them the registration and wait for my vehicle to be done. I had to tell my boss that I would be late for work. When I arrived Monday I was informed that it would only take about 15-20minutes. 45 minutes later my vehicle was finally done and I could go to work. I have been taking my vehicles there for a few years but after this experience I will be looking elsewhere next year. More
