I have brought my 2020 Dodge Ram to Sands for a year or so now and the service I've gotten over that time has always been spot on. I brought it in last week for an oil change and a few other maintenance i so now and the service I've gotten over that time has always been spot on. I brought it in last week for an oil change and a few other maintenance issues. I also pointed out to the service guy that checked me in that I had a squeak coming from the back of the truck. It's pretty clear and anybody that rides with me asks, "What's that noise?" I was hoping that since the truck was there that someone could investigate the cause. I was surprised to learn that it was $209.00 to look into it. I'll deal with the noise for now unless it gets worse but just wanted to pass this along. Maybe the noise is nothing or maybe it's something but I have never been told anywhere that there's a "look into it fee." Maybe it's the new norm. More
