When it comes to the service advisors there is poor communication really poor and lack of ownership in regards to getting back to the customer in a timely manner. Charged for diag time without pre authorization, power steering concern left with no comment or concern. Vehicle was left for pick up with a large puddle of power steering fluid (ATF) beneath it. Took vehicle elsewhere, power steering line was diagnosed in minutes, parts ordered and repaired elsewhere. Had noted for service manager to contact me - still no contact. Sands used to be a wonderful dealership and service center - about 20 years ago. Since then customer service has become horrible. They never seam to be able to complete anything in one day and do not center - about 20 years ago. Since then customer service has become horrible. They never seam to be able to complete anything in one day and do not keep you updated on status of repairs. My most recent experience sealed the deal that I would never use them again. Called and requested updates- told I’d get a call back. Waited 3 days, with no return call, and called again. Finally told them I wasn’t going to put any further money in the truck and would be looking for another vehicle. Not once did they ever even ask to have someone from sales contacts. Very disappointed in how they have turned out. Will never go there or recommend them again. More
