Lidiya Galstyan is, hands down, the best saleswoman I have ever encountered. The universe literally aligned when my dream 911 pulled up right as we were test-driving another Carrera S. It was fate, and Lidiya navigated the whole process with such grace and professionalism. Afshin Kimiagar is so amazing. We went back and forth on those numbers—at first I did not think it was going to work out, but I stood my ground, reminded him of his word, and he made it happen! He fought for the deal I wanted, and I walked away feeling like I won. Kevin Bork in finance is a total gem. He didn't just get me approved through Porsche Financial; he looked me in the eye and genuinely hoped this experience was better than the last. The whole team I was interacting with/working with at the dealership were great as well- Scott, Chris C, Chris L, Amir, Jason, Aaron and probably more people. They do seem like a family over at this dealership and worked well as a unit. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and have continued to receive.
