I apologize as I wasn't able to get the name of the person I dealt with. Overall, I got an excellent service. Toyota staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I wish I could give 100 stars to Linch Her. This guy is amazing not only pre, or during the sale, but also after the sale. I called not less than 3 times requesting him to do this and that - all requests h amazing not only pre, or during the sale, but also after the sale. I called not less than 3 times requesting him to do this and that - all requests had to do with my car sale. He goes EXTRA MILES to help his customers. Linch is very friendly, genuine, and professional. Not only customers, but everyone at this dealership loves him.
