Our Intital contact was with Linda B. the business development manager. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the processes within this dealership. She introduced us to Rory in sales and Jac development manager. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the processes within this dealership. She introduced us to Rory in sales and Jack the finance manager. All of these folks were so helpful , fair and honest. Vehicle selection was a breeze and they have great alliances with other dealers to find the car that you want. Rory is a calm and knowlegable salesperson and he dosent pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable. This is a great dealership and I highly reccommend them if you are in the market for a Honda. More

I came to Curtiss Ryan after seeing the reviews here when I was frustrated with another dealership. I emailed Linda Biron and heard back immediately, and then met with Rory based on reviews here. I was debating between a couple years/trims and Rory met with me for 2 hours to go over all pricing and options. No pressure, gave me all the info to take home and discuss with my husband. He then did a locate on several of the options and tracked down the one I wanted. Marcin, the finance guru, was very nice also. Just a very pleasant experience. I will definitely come here instead of the dealership closer to me for all my Honda needs. They were much more motivated to help, without being pushy. Great experience and I appreciate all the legwork done by Linda, Rory, and the swap guru who found the vehicle! More

Not sure why our brake job (with a 'frozen' caliper) cost over $1500! We went in for an oil change & service to change cabin air filter/engine filter, change fluids, etc. and Paul called to say we had a fro over $1500! We went in for an oil change & service to change cabin air filter/engine filter, change fluids, etc. and Paul called to say we had a frozen caliper (THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF BRAKE WEAR whatsoever on our car that has only 50K miles on it). Was expecting my husband to pay $500 for a maintenance check up (which is pricey, as it is). Ended up walking out with a $2000 bill!!! Something we cannot afford right now, as both of us are unemployed & had to pull our daughter out of college because we have NO income. DO NOT...I REPEAT....DO NOT GO TO THE DEALER FOR SERVICE. I feel my family has been taken advantage by Paul. Why does it take 1 hr to change filter or spray 2 cans of additive to the car???? Ridiculous. HONDA IN SHELTON HAS TOTALLY LOST OUR BUSINESS. Thanks for nothing, Crooks. If only one person reads this interview & takes their business elsewhere, I will fell much better about this whole unfortunate situation. Elaine McKinney Oxford, CT More
