Easiest trade in experience Started with a simple email about the opportunity to trade in my 2016 crv for a brand new 2019 crv. I talked and texted with Linda stating that I real Started with a simple email about the opportunity to trade in my 2016 crv for a brand new 2019 crv. I talked and texted with Linda stating that I really can’t afford anything more than my current monthly payments so if we can make a deal that won’t increase my monthly payments then I’m interested in learning more. She helped me crunch numbers, set me up with Rory by sending him all my info prior to my visit and I was able to text her to let her know when I’d be popping in and Rory was ready when I arrived. Excellent communication throughout this entire process. After visiting I called Jack and continued to ask financial questions and he was more than generous with his time, answering honestly and helpfully. Being transparent and speaking a language I could understand. I told him I’d be in on this day at this time to make this deal official and everything went so smoothly. I felt confident that I could trust each person I interacted with and I’ll continue to work with this dealership. More
