She helped me crunch numbers, set me up with Rory by sending him all my info prior to my visit and I was able to text her to let her know when I’d be popping in and Rory was ready when I arrived. Excellent communication throughout this entire process. After visiting I called Jack and continued to ask financial questions and he was more than generous with his time, answering honestly and helpfully. Being transparent and speaking a language I could understand. I told him I’d be in on this day at this time to make this deal official and everything went so smoothly.
