Terrible, tried to ream me on a lease that they called me in about. I've bought 5 cars there, never again. They tried to put negative equity from a lease that's just about paid off. No follow through, Customer service in finance is horrible I traded two vehicles in on 3/5, they did not pay off these trades until late April, causing issues with my credit score affecting my home refinance. I traded two vehicles in on 3/5, they did not pay off these trades until late April, causing issues with my credit score affecting my home refinance. I called over and over, they kept promising me that the payoffs would be made, a lot of empty promises and no returned phone calls. I will never do business with them again, as they clearly do not care about the customer, just making the sale. More
