Ashley, I’m very sorry to hear your experience was less than satisfactory. Our goal is always to go above and beyond for our guests, including advocating for additional coverage on repairs whenever possible. Unfortunately, in this case, we were unable to accommodate. Most diagnostic processes take several days; however, after reviewing your repair order, it appears multiple major diagnoses were completed and your vehicle was returned to you the next day, which is an exceptional turnaround time we can stand behind. I also reviewed the communication history and saw that your service advisor had reached out promptly as soon as the diagnosis had been obtained, though there was a delay in response for a few hours until you replied that you would be picking up your vehicle. We truly regret that we seem to continue missing the mark for you and will take your feedback to heart as we work to improve. Should you need to discuss this further, please give me a call.
