Brought my car in with appt. Told needed to leave car there while they tested it. No one called me back. Next day I called & was told it might take several more days of testing. Told needed to leave car there while they tested it. No one called me back. Next day I called & was told it might take several more days of testing. My husband drove me over there to get something out of my car & my car was sitting in parking lot for, apparently, 2 days as they had right away found it needed a certain part and it would take 5-6 days to get part. So, never offered me loaner at that time and my car just sitting there. I called my service rep. & she never called me back. Finally I went to manager & he offered me a loaner. But it took multiple hassles - trips to dealership and I had to initiate calls every time; they never called me to let me know status. Terrible service rep. More

I waited for the “works” and from the time I was finished with checking in my car, it was ready in 1 hour which was great. Sal was my service rep but he was busy when I arrived so Linda started the check in with checking in my car, it was ready in 1 hour which was great. Sal was my service rep but he was busy when I arrived so Linda started the check in and Sal took over. Both of them were terrific. More

Other than the day of the purchase the lack of communication between myself and staff along with staff talking to other staff has been very frustrating. Issues which are still not resolved ar communication between myself and staff along with staff talking to other staff has been very frustrating. Issues which are still not resolved are- Garage door opener in rear view mirror still does not work, the spaint issue on rear passenger side bumper seems to have been a defect but apparently I had to pay for it. To coming back multiple times now to have the ceramic coating applied again to the paint issue area when the paint issue shoud have been taken care of prior to the coating. Communication between sales and service leaves a lot to be desired. More

I came in for an oil change and I got my oil changed and they suggest new wipers while one wiper and I pointed out. Yes, I knew about the back wiper and then II came in for an oil change and I got my oil ch they suggest new wipers while one wiper and I pointed out. Yes, I knew about the back wiper and then II came in for an oil change and I got my oil changed and they suggest new wipers well one wiper and I pointed out. Yes I knew about the back wiper and then I pointed out the front wipers just as bad so replace it. Didn’t say he suggested my tires were wore, but I have a lot of thread on my tires. I only got 23,000 miles on my car so there’s no need to change tires yet when I could stick my finger between the threads. ! The only thing I don’t like about your remodel job you don’t have one booth or a round table to work at just a coffee table or the high chairs. High chairs are bad for my back. I need a low chair so I went into the private room and worked off of a little coffee table. ! Why I waited for my car to be done More
