WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER MANDI WHO IS 13, SADIE WHO IS A 3 YEAR OLD BLACK LAB AND OUR CHOCOLATE /SILVER LAB NAMED DORIE WHO IS ALMOST 2. I ENJOY SPENDING TIME AT HOME WITH MY HUSBAND AND PUPS AND BEING AROUND MY DEAR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS MUCH AS I CAN. I ENJOY MY JOB AND THE PEOPLE I WORK FOR WORK WITH AND THE CUSTOMERS. I APPRECIATE MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS BUT ALWAYS WELCOME NEW ONES. WITH MY JOB AS A SERVICE WRITER THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT ALWAYS LEARNING NEW THINGS AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE. I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE TESTING AND TRAINING WITH TOYOTA AND HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. MY FIRST FEW YEARS WITH THE DEALERSHIP I WROTE SERVICE FOR HONDA WHICH I ALSO ENJOYED BUT I AM HAPPY TO BE WITH AND STAYED WITH TOYOTA.

Front Brakes When I arrived for my appointment I was asked to take a seat and someone would come and get me. I waited for 30 minutes before a service rep came. I w When I arrived for my appointment I was asked to take a seat and someone would come and get me. I waited for 30 minutes before a service rep came. I was very disappointed as I had made an appointment over 2 weeks earlier. An extra service was added to my service order which I did not ask for or need. As a single woman I count on my female service rep to ensure I am not taken advantage of. That is a huge reason why I insist on using a woman. Take the time to explain why I need the service and how it will improve or help maintain my car. My loyalty will continue if I feel my best interest is yours also. I no longer trust that you won’t push work on me that doesn’t need to be done. Truly a lost opportunity. More

Disorganized Racine toyota was very disorganized. They forgot my appointment, then I had to reschedule my appointment because they did not have my rental I request Racine toyota was very disorganized. They forgot my appointment, then I had to reschedule my appointment because they did not have my rental I requested weeks in advance. Then told me my car would be done in a few days, which was not feasable in my schedule, since I live an hour away from the dealership. I hope to never go to that dealership again and will be taking my business elsewhere and never buying a toyota again! More

Favorite place for Toyota service! We have several Toyota’s in the fleet. Linda, and the Racine Toyota Service Dept are the FINEST group of folks in the business! You screwed up. You did an oil change 5,000 miles early . The car was brought by my wife for a tire rotation and inspection. Someone screwed up and did an oil change early without our permission. When my wife found out that the oil was changed she asked why? She was told that early oil changes are o.k. and the engine will last longer. So , what your people are saying is Toyota is lying and oil changes need to be done soonet. They also said I am paying for your mistake by using one of our extended care package oil changes. This is not acceptable and I am not taking a hit for your mistake . More
