On Saturday I purchased my third used vehicle from Apple Ford Lincoln. I had been actively looking for a used truck. While on the Apple Ford website, I saw a few trucks I was interested in. I submitted a Ford Lincoln. I had been actively looking for a used truck. While on the Apple Ford website, I saw a few trucks I was interested in. I submitted an email request. My salesperson Sharmba Mitchell replied within a few minutes. He had the perfect truck, with low miles. We scheduled an appointment for a test drive and headed to Columbia. We arrived early and Sharmba was busy with other customers. John another salesmen stepped right in helped us locate the truck on the lot, brought us the keys and assisted with questions. The sales staff are a true team. We drove the truck and Sharmba was right, it was the perfect truck. Sharmba had the paperwork I had submitted online ready and we finalized the deal. Lindsey was very helpful providing us with prices for a cap and running boards. In the finance office Tim worked those numbers into a great deal offering a lot of great extra warranties. Realizing these warranties were a great idea but we were trying to stay within our monthly payment budget so we were declining. In walked Don the finance director and when all was said and done, payments were right where we wanted them and it included every possible warranty available. It is amazing how they are able to offer used cars that look perfectly new, have low mileage and an affordable price. While we were there shopping for the truck, my mustang was in the service area getting a free oil change and car wash. What a Deal :) ! Afterward the truck purchase, my mustang was ready in the service department and Allan reviewed the paperwork with me. A multi point inspection was completed, oil change and car wash both done. Allan told me everything looks great, but watch your tires, they will need replaced soon. Customer for life is Apple Ford Lincoln's motto, they must be talking about me! More

Great dealership. This was the first time I had called about a vehicle and the vehicle was actually being cleaned when I got there. That was a very important detail to me. From our first contact with James Collins we were impressed. He was friendly, personable and knew the product well. He searched for the precise 2014 Escape until he found exactly what we wanted. James took us on a test drive and explained in detail about the car and answered all our questions. The Escape we wanted was found and delivered within two days. When we came to purchase the car, James had all the paperwork ready and it went quickly. We met with Lindsey Dawson next and she answered any questions about service, and other products available. We next went to the office of James Thomas to have our purchase completed. I could not ask for better service from anyone we have dealt with at your dealership. The front receptionist was so friendly and helpful, however, I did not ask her name. We have always been a Ford family but the experience at Apple Ford has made us want to be customers for life.
