As a customer I definitely feel valued Went in to get my 2014 Honda Pilot inspected. I had been toying with the idea of tradin it in for a CRV. I needed/wanted a smaller vehicle, as 2 of Went in to get my 2014 Honda Pilot inspected. I had been toying with the idea of tradin it in for a CRV. I needed/wanted a smaller vehicle, as 2 of my 4 kids are independent. I work with Kyla, Mike Nicholas' daughter, Kyla explained to him that I was thinking of trading in my Pilot and to please have someone speak with me when I was there for my service appointment. I met with Lindsey, she showed me all the new features of the 2017 CRV she took me for a test drive and I was sold. Lindsey never made me feel pressured! This is my third purchase at Mohawk Honda and I will make any future purchases here as well. Thank you for making me feel valued and part of the family. More

Professional, caring, prompt-- class act dealership! I was so impressed at how dedicated Lindsey and Bob were to getting me financed when I had significant negative equity in my current vehicle. They en I was so impressed at how dedicated Lindsey and Bob were to getting me financed when I had significant negative equity in my current vehicle. They encouraged me to consider a leased vehicle rather than a purchase so that at the end of the lease I would not longer any negative equity in any vehicle. The best part of all, I ended up in a newer and better vehicle than I had originally picked out! More

If you have ever had a previous poor experience with this location please sit down with her. Not pushy but direct with information and helpful suggestions to guide you to the vehicle that best suits you AND within your budget. Thank you again. It also happened to be a day that had live music and i must say that added to the overall enjoyment the process of obtaining our new vehicle!! Although it took quite a few hours to get all the paperwork squared away everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and we would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

It was a delightful experience, from my initial contact with them to driving off in my brand new Honda Pilot Elite! Normally I don't use words like 'amazing' and 'delightful' when I describe what it was like to buy a car, but in this case it's necessary. I felt like Lindsey made sure I got the best deal possible and was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly to make the deal. There was no waiting for hours in the dealership, though I wouldn't have minded since they have live music and food for the customers! The finance portion of the sale was equally excellent. The prices quoted were accurate and more than fair. Bob took his time and explained every detail and again, I felt like my best interests were considered. I will happily recommend Mohawk Honda to everyone I know who is in the market to buy a car. I did a lot of research and went to 3 other dealerships before I called Mohawk Honda and I'm so glad I did! By far I got the best value for my trade-in and a great price for my new truck. They definitely beat all of the competitors. Thank you for such an awesome experience and best of all my daughters and I absolutely LOVE our new Pilot! More

PURE JOY! I am almost 60 years old and have owned 15 cars in my life. Seven have been Honda's (3 Civics, 1 del Sol, 2 Accords and 1 CRV), and of these 5 were p I am almost 60 years old and have owned 15 cars in my life. Seven have been Honda's (3 Civics, 1 del Sol, 2 Accords and 1 CRV), and of these 5 were purchased new. Although I have actually referred a friend to Mohawk Honda, who told me they were totally shocked at how great their experience was, I have not. Until my lease of a 2017 Civic Sedan EX. My experiences with other Honda dealers have never been bad...all have truly been positive. But my experience today - sincerely - just was unbelievably fantastic. I mean, really, I honestly had no idea how great today was. I have to say that, to start with, my 2005 Accord died an early death 3 days ago (156,000), largely due to my horrible lack of maintenance, resulting in my timing chain breaking and subsequent instant death of the engine. The timing of my Accord's demise was not very good because finances have been challenging. Due to finances, I was planning on buying a used car. I called Mohawk Honda yesterday and explained my situation, and was looking for some guidance. Right from that phone call I was feeling a level of comfort. They suggested that I look into a lease rather than a used car, because the monthly payment would be about the same but I would have a full new car warranty and only need to worry about gas and oil for 36 months. That made perfect sense to me. I was put in touch with Lindsey Haraden within an hour and, within another hour and a few phone calls between me and Lindsey and my wife I made an appointment for 10:00 this morning to look at a '17 Honda Sedan. Lindsey helped me so much over the phone that I was sincerely very impressed at her knowledge and insight. This was my first car lease, so Lindsey was particularly helpful explaining details to me....and also details my wife thought to ask, that I did not. So, today my wife and I met Lindsey at 10:00. I don't know how to describe in words how impressed I was with Lindsey. It was a bit like working with family who was a complete expert in a field I needed help in, and the entire conversation was like I was talking to a good friend. Her communication was thorough yet down to earth, and insightful. To say that there was no sales pressure would be a huge understatement - she clearly seemed to only care to help me get the wheels I wanted and could afford. While I was just kind of looking around the showroom, which was pretty busy, I noticed over and over again how happy, and polite, all the Mohawk Honda staff seemed to be. I mentioned that to someone who was working with Lindsey (who's name I unfortunately forget) and she just glowed about how great it was to work there. I mentioned it later to Lindsey, and generally what I heard her say was that she loved her job and helping people. Both mentioned several community benefits Mohawk Honda participated in - some of which I had already been aware of. During the test drive the four of us tooled around Scotia, and shot over to I-780 so I could feel the interstate drive because my travel will be 90% Northway in reverse-commute mode (thankfully!). Before we left the lot Lindsey walked me through many of the car's features. I have to say that the new Civic design REALLY impressed me. My wife's Accord and my old Accord did not have much in the way of zip, but this Civic most certainly did. I found myself REALLY surprised at how much I liked the car.....and to be honest, I was expecting an experience similar to our Accord's. This Civic reminded me quite a lot like my old del Sol - which was my all-time favorite Honda ever. Even though I am really impressed with the new Civic, I just don't think it can beat how fun the del Sol was. Immediately after we pulled into the lot I declared "sold'! Lindsey walked me through most of the paperwork, including the DMV stuff and jumped in to help steer the insurance info over the phone (on a Saturday). She also provided training to her 'side kick', and my observations are that she was as thorough and insightful with the trainee as she was with me. Lindsey handed me off to Tom for some of the financing work, and Tom was also very helpful. Again, due to recent financial challenges, I was a bit concerned as to how that would go. Much to my relief, our credit hit the highest level, so....yet another blanket of comfort from Mohawk Honda. Lindsey then handed me off to Jake, who walked me through the interior and exterior aspects of the car. Although Lindsey had hit on several of the same details, Jake was very patient and helpful. My experience with Jake caused me to recall my previous experience when I was walked through my last Honda purchase prior to this one, my wife's 2012 Accord. While the person at another dealership was most certainly helpful, I have to say that Jake just seemed to come across with a bit more patience. Today happened to be the coldest day of the winter...VERY blustery....so, I was impressed with how patient he was, especially given the weather and pointing out exterior details. After Jake was done helping me, my wife and I finished signing the financing paperwork and I was on my way home. So, three days ago I killed my car and was on high anxiety. Three days later, I am in a place that I could never have expected to be. All of this......ALL of this......is absolutely due to the folks at Mohawk Honda who helped me from the first phone call to the last handshake. All I can say is that I love these guys, and I cannot possibly imagine how buying a car could be more down to earth, painless and.....actually......joyful. I am just totally, totally blown away with how great this place is. More
