Mohawk not only gave formidable service, they gave me a great price. I went in with a figure that I could afford and that's what I paid. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and an excellent finance rate. I was in the dealership at 11:30 a.m. and was driving out with my new 2016 Honda CRV SE at 3:30 p.m. I didn't even know that was possible! I cannot thank Mohawk Honda and especially Lindsey Haraden and Ashley Dobbs enough for such superior customer service. More

I went around July to see what my options were and came back 6 months later to finally drive home a brand new car! Ashley kept in contact with me the whole time to see where I was at and when a good time would be to come in and was never pushy. Lindsey was my sales rep and made sure I went home with the car I wanted instead of settling for something else. She even had my old car all cleaned out for me and my new one ready to go! My co-signer was also unable to come in that day to sign paperwork and she made it happen by having Justin drive me so we could take care of it all, they really do go above and beyond for their customers and I have never met a more genuine staff before. I am still in awe that I was basically chauffeured around to make this deal happen. The whole process was very smooth and I will defintely be recommending friends and family to call Lindsey or Ashley!!! More

The price was perfect, the availability of the car that I wanted was great and the overall personal and on-line interaction was seamless. All this made the process mentally non-demanding, and I love that. He dots his I's and crosses his T's so there are no questions left unanswered. The delivery was a piece of cake. Paperwork was all in order and done professionally and quickly. Thank you Camren!
