I had plenty of questions and she took the time to explain and answer them all. Her customer service skills are first class. This purchase was a smooth process from beginning to the end at delivery. Jay Yudzevich was the first person I met when I stopped in to speak to Lindsay. She was off that day so he contacted her to let her know that I stopped by. Talk about service from that point forward I spoke to him several times just about what I wanted car colors ect. He was very polite and I was glad to meet him. I purchased winter car mat's and forgot about one for the trunk he took care of this. When I went to pick up my car Lindsay introduced me to Junior Yogendra who took the time to review and answer any questions about all the new bells and whistles in the vehicle. Thank you all for not good or great but superior customer service!!! More

She ensured at all commitments and agreements were upheld including locating the all weather car mats that were not in the car when I went to pick it up. I would also like to thank Matt who assisted with teaching me about the features of the car. He was kind and patient as I practiced using the various feature and options allowing me guided practice opportunities. I would also like to thank Eric for working to find me a lower interest rate. I wasn't a fan of the high pressure sales tactics related to the upselling of additional services and warranty plans. Though we conflicted around the sales issue, I am appreciative of the oil change service plan and his efforts in pursing options for a lower interest rate, which will save me around $700 over the life of the loan. Pricing and financing options were were clearly explained and were not sold as "what payment do you want to get to". This is the 4th Honda I have purchased here and will certainly recommend visiting them. Lindsey went out of her way to stay in touch with me on her day off to help find the car I was looking for. Junior did a great job of delivering the car and explaining all of the techie features and Mark David was a no pressure sales manager in the process and helped explain the financing options very clearly. Highly recommended! More
