Easy Purchase & pickup of my new 2016 Honda Pilot I visited Mohawk Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Pilot and buy a new one. The car I wanted had been sold, so I looked at another Honda Model and then I visited Mohawk Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Pilot and buy a new one. The car I wanted had been sold, so I looked at another Honda Model and then decided to wait for a new Pilot to come in from the factory. I had Lindsey Haraden as my sales consultant, and she is so knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. The 2 visits I had there were efficient, fast & easy. And the delivery coordinator Junior Yogendra was extremely easy to work with, explaining all the new features and electronics. And he is available via phone to answer any questions, as there is a lot of new features to figure out. Thank you both, and to the other employees I may have dealt with. Very pleasant experience! You should advertise how quick you can wrap up a sale! It's a big selling point in my opinion. More

Outstanding Customer Service We stopped at Mohawk on a whim to see what they had available in the way of small SUV's for our 18 yr old daughter. The minute we net Lindsey we immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. We decided to purchase a pre- owned SUV a couple days later and we couldn't be happier. The transition was smooth and simple. Nate the "finance guy" was amazing and very quick. So helpful and kind. The service department took on the detailing of the vehicle immediately so that we could take it home that evening to surprise our daughter with it. Just an amazing group of people. Everything was impressive and we are very thankful we pulled into Mohawk Honda :) Thank you so much for the unbeatable service!!! More

I'm writing this review because my experience was worth writing about. My sales person Lindsay was delightful! She made selecting the right car a breeze. Jay met us at the dealership when we arrived for delivery, and even got a cookie for our daughter. His masterful organization kept us moving, and made the normally bloated "car buying process" faster than I thought possible. I suppose you could say that he "went out of his way to please us." On our way out the door Junior made sure we could take advantage of all the features the infotainment system had to offer. Mohawk Honda delivers what they promise, and they've earned my families business. More
