I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door to when I left soon thereafter in my certified Pre-owned Honda CR-V. As most people do, I came to Mohawk Honda knowing how much I wanted for the trade-in of my vehicle. Lindsey and the rest of the staff were considerate, patient and more than willing to work with me to come to an amount that satisfied me. Again, as most people do, I knew what I wanted in the vehicle I was going to purchase. Lindsey was patient and took the time to find exactly what I wanted and more, I test drove several vehicles and got the deal I was looking for. At one point, I was worried and thought I was leaving empty handed; this is because I am stubborn and know what I want. However, Lindsey and the staff at Mohawk Honda made it happen! I got what I wanted for my trade-in, I found the exact vehicle I was looking for, I got the price I wanted, on top of that I got a maintenance package that had me leaving the area in my certified pre-owned Honda CR-V with a huge smile on my face. The buying process was quick and painless. In the blink of an eye, I heard a beep outside and it was my new car, warmed up, and ready to go! Lindsey and the rest of the staff at Mohawk Honda made all of this possible. Lindsey is knowledgable, vibrant, and patient; she has all the qualities you would want when looking to purchase a new vehicle!
