NIGHTMARE...STAY AWAY!!!! Where do I start....we bought a nicer used car last March from Lindsey Haraden, we were promised a second set of keys due to previous owner not turnin Where do I start....we bought a nicer used car last March from Lindsey Haraden, we were promised a second set of keys due to previous owner not turning them in, as well as, a fix due to scratch/ dent on the car when we bought it. Well, it took three times and two loaner cars to fix the scratch and dent situation due to it being IMPROPERLY done. About every two or so months we would check to see if our key set came in yet, we got story after story leading to the answer, no they didn't!!! Come January, we go for a routine oil change and to see if keys came in yet ( as promised when we bought the car) ... Still no. We go home and my husband pops the hood and realized they NEVER changed the oil filter, as well as, still had dirty oil in!! So, he goes right back and they tell him " oops sorry the mechanic simply forgot"!!! We can only imagine how many other times he "forgot". The next day he brought the car in for a re-do oil change at their expense, afterwards my husband goes home and pop the hood and finds the oil filter wrench sitting right there on the edge under my hood!! Unbelievable .... At this point we are so disgusted we don't even trust their business and how they are running things. All we want is our second set of keys and remote we were promised! They told us three different days that the key set would be in, finally we go to pick it up and we were handed just a key, no remote!! Are you kidding me! We could have gotten that! So Lindey comes out completely rude and unprofessional, pretty much tells us oh well not their problem. At this point we saw Mohawk Honda's true colors... They DO NOT go out of their way to please you !! Lindsey threw a fit throwing her hands up saying " fine I'll pay for it" , to the girl. She tells the girl to order it and storms off back inside. Wow!!! We were lied to and not given a product we were promised we would get!! Are these people serious, this is how they do business!! They will sweet talk you until you buy a car, then they don't care! My husband and I don't want problems, just want what we were promised! Mohawk Honda fail on their end! My husband gets a phone call from some director of the place and she tells him that we are not going to get the key remote as promise, they are cancelling the order and that we need to cut ties with them and to take OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! She also stated that they are like family there and stand with the employee over the customer. Mohawk Honda simply does not care about customer satisfaction but merely how many cars they can sell!!!!!! Wish we read all the other horror story reviews about this place before we even stepped foot there !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! We will be happy to purchase our next car else where!!! Save yourself the headache and LIES and do not deal with this dealership!!! We will share our story with several reputable locals and businesses!!! More
