BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about Prestige Volvo! I walked in there the first day of summer vacation with my 2 young boys and was thinking I can not say enough wonderful things about Prestige Volvo! I walked in there the first day of summer vacation with my 2 young boys and was thinking this was going to be a disaster. After visiting most of the Volvo dealerships in NJ and being unhappy, I was thinking the worst. From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, asked me if there was anything she could get for me and my kids and showed me to Lindsey's desk, Lindsey was hands down the best sales person I have met EVER!! She could see that I was a bit stressed about my past Volvo car dealership visits and told me that she was going to try her best to get me into the car I wanted with no stress. Let me tell you, I test drove the XC90 and told her what I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted for the XC90. She walked into the managers office came out with a smile and said "Deal!" I almost fell off my seat! There was no hassle with the price of either cars (and I researched up and down what asking price should be), it was as simple as one word, Deal! Next she said "Would you like to take it home today?" I was floored that I could take the car home the same day!! My boys were occupied with games and while I was doing the paperwork on the car, she was entertaining my kids and talking to them keeping them occupied and happy. I met with Chris to do the financial paperwork and he was amazing too! He had me signed and ready to go in less than 15 min. There was no pressure to sign for extra's on the car, I mean no pressure! Once the car was ready I still had to show it to my very hard to impress husband. The XC90 was prepped so well, my husband showed up with a smile. He had NO complaints. The car was spotless and the detailing was perfection. After waiting 9 long months for my XC90 and dealing with so many different dealerships, I kicked myself for not coming to Prestige. They will have my business for life and I will be sending anyone who wants a Volvo to this dealership. I can't thank Lindsey enough for starting my summer off with such a success! More

After making some Internet inquiries, i got a call from Lindsey Mastroianni. Lindsey not only got me a price I wanted, but she got me the car I wanted (which turned out to be no small task). She was proactive and definitely my advocate with her managers throughout the entire process, and she hasn't forgotten me post-sale. In the end, they're over an hour away from my house, but they may just have secured a new customer when it comes time to get my 6th! More

That was easy.. Have to say, this was the first time that a vehicle was brought to my home for a test drive. You get to see what the car looks like in your driveway, Have to say, this was the first time that a vehicle was brought to my home for a test drive. She also made sure that we instantly test drive it before making any further decisions. Once we decided we liked the model Lindsey browsed through her inventory and found the car for the price we were comfortable with. In under thirty minutes Joel sent me a video introducing himself and the dealership and providing the pricing I requested. Very unique and professional approach. I went to to this dealership for a test drive the next morning and Lindsey was available to help me. An absolutely great person to deal with, she made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. Took a test drive with her, went over some options I needed with the vehicle and had all my high mileage special needs addressed. Had been looking at a few different makes of vehicles, once I decided to go with this one we worked out the details quickly and I picked up the vehicle a few days later. Very professional, very pleasant, and pricing was what it should be without the game playing often associated with car dealers. Top marks to all - especially Lindsey who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
