Veronica was a pleasure to work with! I initially went into the dealership to view/discuss a BMW X3 sDrive. I was not aware that the sDrive was not an AWD vehicle and only understood this I initially went into the dealership to view/discuss a BMW X3 sDrive. I was not aware that the sDrive was not an AWD vehicle and only understood this because of Veronica's transparency. She then guided me to an X3 that met all of my needs. The X3 I was guided to was being used as a loaner vehicle and she ensured, along with the finance manager, that the vehicle was returned the same day to allow me to see/test drive. After the sale, she walked me through all of the functionality in my new X3 & was in touch afterwards to ensure I had what I needed and to answer any questions. In addition, she was always timely in communications, returning my call or email promptly! I truly appreciate her transparency, attentiveness and personal touch after the sale. She was very professional and helpful and I would recommend her as a wonderful sales person to work with! More
