Rami guided me through the process the entire way making sure I was aware of the vehicle's history, that I had plenty of time to test drive the car, answer any questions I had, and make sure I had all of the information they needed. Bob had me in and out of the signing process in less than 15 minutes and I got to drive away in the car I wanted in less than three hours all told.
