Brandon Rea worked out a great deal on that car for me and everyone involved in that sale was super friendly and easy to work with - even though I was buying a cheap little car next to those 100k BMWs, the level of service was consistent and good. Where this sales team really shone, though, was AFTER the sale. Things kept going wrong with that car as soon as I drove it off the lot. It wasn't anything they could have predicted, things just go wrong on cars at a certain mileage - but the first repair was over $600... just two weeks after purchase. Brandon made sure that was covered for me, so I wasn't out of pocket a dime. I got a free rental for two days while the repair was done, and went on my way again. Not two more weeks passed and I was back in the shop, this time for a check engine light announcing that I needed a new catalytic converter. Service quoted over $1000 for the part and repair, and even though it wasn't under the limited warranty Brandon was ready to get that covered too. Crazy for just that cheap little car! But as a customer, I was nervous - what else was going to go wrong? I couldn't count on endless free repairs. I was rethinking my original plan of not having a car payment for awhile, and decided reliability mattered more. But with the cheap car needing all the repairs, its value as a trade was already well below what I'd paid not a month prior. I suggested that instead of covering the cost of the repairs again on a car I didn't want to keep, could they help me get a good trade value for that car in its current state, and into another vehicle? Brandon was all over it - he said he knew his sales manager Linzie would be on board to help me as well. Even though they didn't have a vehicle that met my needs at BMW West St. Louis, they got me in touch with another dealership in the Suntrup group where another stellar salesperson (hired by Linzie, actually!) got me set up with my new Volkswagen Tiguan. So the first car didn't work out for me, but the sales team at BMW West St. Louis did everything they could to ensure that I walked away satisfied with the service I received. They absolutely succeeded, from start to finish. I recommend them without reservation. More

Excellent Experience I had gone to another BMW dealership in the STL area before I purchased my BMW at BMW West St. Louis dealership. I guess the other dealership didn't I had gone to another BMW dealership in the STL area before I purchased my BMW at BMW West St. Louis dealership. Anyway the salesman Linzie Jr. was very helpful, looking into my requirements, offering suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the BMW cars/crossover in which I was interested in. The entire experience was excellent. I would highly recommend West BMW St. Louis dealership to my friends and family. More

I was in the market to buy a car, stopped by this BMW to just look, and was pleasantly surprised to sign a deal on a BMW X5! Mr. Foster was very helpful in negotiating a no fuss deal for me. Everyone there was so kind and professional. I had to leave to come back to Colorado, and the paper work was sent overnight for me to sign. When I went back to pick up my car, all the features of the car was explained to me. When I got back to CO, I had to call them to review some of those features, and, they were explained to me again very patiently. If you are in the market for a BMW, this is the place to go! More
