Revived my Faith in Car Salesmen! I was looking to buy my daughter a sweet 16 present that went sideways fast at the MERC dealership. After that horrid experience with a local Mercede I was looking to buy my daughter a sweet 16 present that went sideways fast at the MERC dealership. After that horrid experience with a local Mercedes Dealership Went to BMW of West St.Louis. I entered the dealership with disgust and disdain, and looking to get the same lack of service. Boy was I wrong. Adam Ishac and Linzie Foster took great care of me. They did not rush me nor did they judge me by attire or "looking for a fight" demeanor. Not only did I buy my daughter a car, but I treated myself to a new 7 series as well. But my story does not end there. In my disgust with the Mercedes service, I attempted to trade in my lease for my wife's GLS. Adam, Linzie, and Brent would Not let me do it. I was too upside down and their words were they could not with good conscious let me loose that much money. Looking after my wealth has just gained BMW of West St. Louis a Customer for Life. Thank you Adam, Linzie and Brent!!! More
