Good but need more attention. I just bought GL550 but Ms Marienne's sales attitude and behaviour is too bad. She is very rude with customers. I am very much dissatisfied with I just bought GL550 but Ms Marienne's sales attitude and behaviour is too bad. She is very rude with customers. I am very much dissatisfied with her dealings. My GL 550 I got delivery from her but she did not give enough time to show the functions of the car. There is still Problems facing with Lane Keeping Assistance which did not perform during driving. I shown the car to your service center and they look into the matter taking the car two days in your service center but still it does not work properly. I talked to Ms Lisa and informed her the same. Pls let me know what I need to do now. More

Package A/one year anniversary service Overall, service experience and delivery we're good, especially from my service rep, Lisa Chea. Lisa was very attentive and on top of that things need Overall, service experience and delivery we're good, especially from my service rep, Lisa Chea. Lisa was very attentive and on top of that things needed done including the software update I mentioned prior to bringing vehicle in for service. She timed my arrival to pick up the vehicle perfectly. I'll be sure to continue to go to her for future service support. While this is minor but I would like to mention that when I picked up my car, all floor mats were soaking wet of which the two front seats had puddles. Was easy enough for me to dry it off with paper towels and airing it off when I got home but thought it was worth mentioning. More

Totally WOW experience. From the minute I arrived they made me feel very comfortable. I was early for my appointment the receptionist was very courteous asked if I would Like From the minute I arrived they made me feel very comfortable. I was early for my appointment the receptionist was very courteous asked if I would Like a cup of coffee while she tried to find another service adviser. My service adviser arrived early and took me immediately My appointment was for 730AM I drove off in a brand new GLA 250 loaner at 730AM. Lisa called me at 1030AM to let me know the car was ready. I arrived with the loaner at the Service Reception Area @ 1130 AM they opened the door for me told me to leave the key in the GLA and escorted me to the cashier. By the time I was done signing the Paper Work My GLA 250 was waiting for me outside the cashiers office. The GLA was washed looked like new. The best service Experience I have ever had.. More

Problems Lisa and Keith?? (Service Manager) were great. Patrick Ripley needs help. Failed to return 3 calls for almost 3 hours. Adjusting bill was nice but the Lisa and Keith?? (Service Manager) were great. Patrick Ripley needs help. Failed to return 3 calls for almost 3 hours. Adjusting bill was nice but the common courtesy of not returning calls is unacceptable. More
