I appreciate you following up Katie. Both times a called Trae I was told to take action myself. Trae specifically said it is impossible to certify electrical components. I should take it to ANY dealership for under warranty repair. He did NOT offer to arrange something like pickup/dropoff or courtesy or even rental car. On the title, I spent two hours on the phone with several county tag offices and finally my finance bank to get this corrected. Again, Trae did not offer any solutions or guidance, simply said I had to sort it out with tag offices because it was their fault. Which in the end was incorrect anyway. He could have offered to have someone assist me, or even refered me to Missy. I did receive a text from someone saying thank you for my business, but no one called to checked if I was enjoying the car and if I had any concerns/issues. There is nothing to be done now, I have taken care of everything myself. I believe the review is accurate and justified.
