We worked with Lisa and she was able to get us into our brand new 2019 Escape at a reasonable price per month. The process was very easy, everyone was friendly, and the whole experience was a breeze. The whole process was an excellent experience from start to finish. We found a truck online that we wanted to look at so we sent an email asking for more information. Lisa Cook called us a short time later to make an appointment to see the truck. The truck was clean and waiting on us when we arrived. Lisa was busy with another customer when we arrived, but personally introduced us to Trae then placed us in his very capable hands. Unfortunately, the truck didn't have some of the options we wanted so Trae, Anthony Green, Josh Hansel, and Brian Hosier worked hard to find the truck we wanted. The whole process went smooth after a little negotiation and we couldn't be happier. James walked us through all the paperwork at lightening speed even though we left without the truck. Trae kept us informed of when the truck would be delivered to the dealer and then set the appointment to deliver the truck to Huntsville for us. He even left a nice little present in the armrest for us. Nice touch! The entire staff was very professional and easy to work with. We look forward to being their customer on the service side for many years to come. We would highly recommend Trae, James, and rest of the staff at Newton for any vehicle purchase! More
