Generally I am very happy. I was not on my last visit. When I booked an appointment, I specifically asked for maintenance and a mechanic to check out a problem I was hearing as I was not on my last visit. When I booked an appointment, I specifically asked for maintenance and a mechanic to check out a problem I was hearing as it is a 3ish hour round trip for me to come to this service center and I had a limited window to complete it with my schedule. When I arrived, I was told no one was available to evaluate my problem but my service was completed. Communication either to me ahead of time for an appointment - or finding a way to get everyone taken care of - is an expectation. I've rated Lisa below but I'm not sure if she's ultimately the person who is accountable to this process. More
