Mr. Nguyen did an incredible job explaining additional warranty options and answering financial questions, again, after hours. We learned more from Lisa than we knew about our trade-in RAV4 that we had owned for three years. We think the staff is incredible--thank you for an awesome buying experience--totally worth driving from Waxahachie! More

My car cost 23k plus TTL. On my contract, I noticed $1025 for Gap insurance that was suppose to be for $9 per month @ 60 months. I HAD IT REMOVED two weeks later. Also, I had " bumper to bumper" extended warranty REMOVED two weeks later as well. That cost $3075. I did sign to accept each of them but I didn't know it cost $4,000 at the time. More

After months of searching around the U. I can’t say enough good things about Lisa, but I’ll try. From our first conversation on, Lisa was honest and straightforward about all matters related to my car, which was on a ship headed to the U.S. Lisa is exactly as she seems—professional, kind, courteous, friendly, and willing to do whatever it takes to make buying a new car a truly nice experience. Being recently disabled, going to a dealership was going to be very difficult. Lisa handled the ENTIRE sale by phone, emails and texts, and I’ll be forever grateful for her consideration. She even delivered my pretty 2022 RAV4 to my home.
