As a first time buyer, this dealer did not make it easy even though they make claims to be transparent and honest. Let's start from the beginning. There were negotiations back and forth and a price was even though they make claims to be transparent and honest. Let's start from the beginning. There were negotiations back and forth and a price was set on a Camry. I signed a reservation form that said if backed out, there is a $500 fee. I arrived 23-Dec, 1 week as promised to view/test drive/and sign papers. Windsor didn't even bother greeting me or acknowledging me. He only greeted my partner. After test driving, I took a closer look at the car and noticed that the hood was slightly misaligned but noticeable. I brought this up to Windsor and he said he saw nothing wrong with the car and that it's a new car. We explicitly showed him that you cannot put your finger under the left side of the hood but you can under the right side and standing in front of the car, it's slightly crooked. He said "I know this is a sales tactic. We aren't going to give you a better deal. I'll just sell it to someone else". I told him it wasn't a sales tactic and I just want it to be serviced to see if it can be an easy fix. He kept saying there was nothing wrong and asked another associate to come out and look. Again we said it's off just bring it to be serviced. Second associate said he doesn't see anything. GM came out and I was heated at this point because Windsor was disrespectful the whole time like, me the first time buyer, is trying to scam him, the seller. Full disclosure, I might have said "I'm not f*** stupid". GM didn't bother tying to talk to me. He tried to reprimand me like a kid, "We don't use that word around here", told Windsor to service the car and walked off. Windsor drove the car off and drove it back within a couple of minutes. Apparently the knobs holding the hood was uneven. SIMPLE FIX LIKE I SAID IT WOULD BE. So yes, it was uneven making the hood look lopsided. We go in to sign papers. There was a slight misunderstanding on my part and I acknowledged that. Then I brought up that the VIN on the purchase order doesn't match the VIN of the spec sheet. Windsor, still being Windsor, "You guys are just looking for issues. I've worked in sales for 10 years and you're the most difficult customer. The first VIN is a temporary VIN until it hits our lot." Then he showed us his screen showing cars with VINs like he knew what he was talking about. I took his word for it and went home. Lo and behold, the VIN/color on the purchase order and financing documents do not match the VIN/color on the car. Again, first time buyer and took his word. For people out there, temporary VINs (there is a letter included in the last 6 of the VIN digits) are only assigned before a car is built. Once in production, it's a permanent VIN (last 6 digits are numbers). So now I'll have to waste another morning to go to the dealers to get paperwork sorted out when I should be with family during the holiday. Wouldn't want the incorrect title for this car now would we. When negotiating OTD prices with spec sheets, they never explicitly state that OTD prices INCLUDE the Dealer Adds. They have a blurb at the very bottom of every email signature "Dealer Adds Include the Following on All New Vehicles ($1,299)". If you address email through your phone like I do, you won't even see the very bottom of the email signature unless you are scrolling and looking for it. Windsor wants to say I was trying to go for a sales tactic? Now that's a true sales tactic right there. He rudely said "You agreed to this OTD with these dealer aftermarkets" when you originally thought you were negotiating for what is only on the spec sheet + tax/title/fees. That's how the dealer makes money. Then I asked Windsor if the car was tinted, because that is what is included in the "Dealer Adds" he said "If it isn't, we can tint it. It's free." I mention no, it's not free because I paid for it in the Dealer Adds. He goes on to say "it's not included but I put it there [the email]". Like what? 8.74% rate at T1 credit? smh More

Ready to sign final purchasing documents and was told at that time that only one set of keys was available for the 2023 Toyota 4runner that had 1400 mile on it. No problem until I was told that if I bought that time that only one set of keys was available for the 2023 Toyota 4runner that had 1400 mile on it. No problem until I was told that if I bought the extended warranty, I would get a second set of keys covered by that warranty. Hold up! the vehicle already has a warranty. The financial manager said he could not supply a second set of keys without me buying the warranty. I said no. He then said he would need to retract the 200 discount on the vehicle in order to get the second set of keys! Really! I said NO! Then I was told that that was the end of the offers concerning the key. I was ready to sign and drive the car to my home until "The Key" issue blew the whole deal up! Wow! They refused to sale me the vehicle over an extra key. WOW!! I let them have it! They called me back later trying to offer the original deal! Why? It could have been settled that easily in the beginning. Because someone was trying to make a little commission on a ignition key, a $45,000.00 sale went down the drain. Amazing! More

My wife and I went to go look at a new Tundra, and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. He asked us if we needed assistance, and respected our space and wasn’t pushy at all. He took the time to explain e greeted by a very nice gentleman. He asked us if we needed assistance, and respected our space and wasn’t pushy at all. He took the time to explain each question I had, and ended up purchasing the truck same day. Honestly the most seamless car transaction I think I’ve ever had, and have purchase over 25 cars in the last 10 years! This dealerships staff, from their sales professional, Andrei, to Chris, the sales manager this place is top notch. Can’t say enough about how friendly, accommodating, and willingness to get you taken care of. One more thing of note… usually dealerships get you into their finance department and lay on you hard sales, not this place. Their finance guys are so professional, and thorough it honestly, surprised me. This is my first Toyota Tundra purchase, and first time visiting Family Toyota, but I’ll tell you, I’ll be recommending them to ANYONE who wants/needs a new car or truck. I believe them to be sincere, honest, and an overall an amazing dealership. Others in the area could take lessons from them on how to treat a new or potential new customer. It’s pretty easy to sell a car to a person, but to sell your dealership to that same person takes integrity, and honesty. They have all the intangibles and couldn’t recommend them more! More

Trevonta Giddens and Brandon Bough were both incredibly helpful. I priced my trade in around Thanksgiving and kept thinking back and forth on what kind of vehicle I wanted. I came in on a Monday evening and Trevonta greeted me and my husband at the door. He was very helpful and was realistic regarding what car I could afford. He asked me had anyone reached out beforehand and I told him I had received a text from Brandon since submitting my price. Since I got to the dealership late in the evening I did have to come back the next day and Brandon was incredibly helpful with following up from the day before (he was also super organized with the paper work too!). I was able to get the pricing within my budget and I'm incredibly happy with my vehicle! More
