Lisa was great, she communicated and helped me out where she could. The dealership service however, not great. Long story short, the ball was dropped and they didn’t communicate to eachother and I ended up she could. The dealership service however, not great. Long story short, the ball was dropped and they didn’t communicate to eachother and I ended up paying way more than expected, and almost 2k later, only 1 out 3 of my problems with my car are fixed. I never had any issues with Abram as my service advisor multiple times. Once he was moved to parts I feared that no one would tend to me the same as I was right. My most recent experience was filled with n multiple times. Once he was moved to parts I feared that no one would tend to me the same as I was right. My most recent experience was filled with no communication from the dealership, no one in any department picking up the phone for 2 days, my vehicle was left there for 2 days and I was being told it would need a 3rd day for a simple recall and wiper motor change. When I finally did get a Lisa on the phone she was very negative and gave me attitude as if I was in the wrong for being upset. She then proceeded to believe that she transferred me to someone, but didn’t and I could hear her badmouthing me to her colleagues. I wasn’t offered a Lyft to get my vehicle back. I wasn’t offered a rental that my warranty covered. I wasn’t taken care of at all. It wasn’t until after multiple days and calls I reached the service manager Ron who told me my vehicle would be ready within the hour. I arrive and was given a $900 bill and after some back and fourth, the clerk spoke with Ron who assured that the job was covered under warranty. Horrible experience. More
