It took 4 days to replace a gas line and fuel pump then tried to sell a tire I didn’t need. I’m still not sure I needed a fuel pump based on the false claim I needed a tire. I’m not going back! The purchase of my new ram tungsten has been one of the worst experiences ever! I'm still waiting for the service department to fix some issues with the truck that I did not originally purchase. It was a substitute of the truck I purchased after the first one was sold from underneath me. The truck I was provided already had 97 miles before they put 200 miles on it to drive it to the dealership. It has these high mirrors on it. Nothing like any other tungsten on the lot. Someone has driven it. Someone put tinted windows in it. There are issues with it. Furthermore, it's not even a truck I wanted. I had the insurance company place coverage on the first truck then I had to call them to change coverage to a different truck because the first one was gone very difficult to get anybody to show compassion about my frustrations. All I want is the current truck to be repair repaired to where it is considered brand new. I'm not trying to say anything about other vehicles but this is a top-of-the-line vehicle that you sell over $90,000 of my money and I can't have anyone understand that they need to fix this stuff ASAP. I have a torn seat and the paint has weathered from sitting in a lot somewhere. The salesman I was working with was no longer available after the first truck was sold out from underneath me. I believe the supervisor took over from there to go get this other truck, which I am positive he knew the difference because he had another young kid meet me at the building to pick up the truck. Micheal my service advisor was outstanding. heveirked with the warranty company and helped out a fellow dodge boy fix my 300s to spec. No nonsense and he was courteous and cool as a Bonus! Had my car in Tuesday for recall work 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee L summit. I washed the car the next day - now I have a big scratch on my bumper. Was not there before. I called asap this am 7:45 am. Sc Cherokee L summit. I washed the car the next day - now I have a big scratch on my bumper. Was not there before. I called asap this am 7:45 am. Scheduled in at 9 am. I was told they took pictures before and after. No one could produce the pictures and I was told it was after 48 hrs which it wasn’t. I picked up my car Tuesday 12:49 ish went straight home. Called 7:45 am Thursday not 48 hrs. Why won’t the dealership fix the damage? She told me someone backed into me, not possible, car went from dealership to garage then washed and back to dealership.
