Absolutely terrible. Completely scammed me, horrible vehicle and staff is worse. Especially that little weasel Riley the “manager” who is a pure coward. Doesn’t have the decency to speak with an upset customer who is upset that I got completely scammed in every meaning of the word. Merchants Auto is another fraud dealership. Should have stuck with my 2002 Dodge Ram that I owned. I would have had a better running truck, rather than get scammed into a $780 a month payment, after I was told $640 a month. One of the worse trucks I have EVER owned and Jay from auto department says it’s a great running truck. I guess I’m Louis Lunchmeat More
