Service managers, since I bought my Jeep and have been bringing there for service, have been excellent with one exception, but even then the end result was satisfactory. It seems like there is less people working the service area than in the past. But I did appreciate the ones that are there. The men and women are knowledgeable. Just seem like there is fewer. It is impossible to speak to an agent to set up a service appointment. This happened time after time. So when it came time for a new truck, I went with another dealership. When I bought my truck in 2019, my appointment. This happened time after time. So when it came time for a new truck, I went with another dealership. When I bought my truck in 2019, my wife and daughter also bought their jeeps. The salesman was great but with each vehicle, the service department got worse. Five years later NONE of us drive Jeep or ram. More

I sat there for an hour and 45 minutes. They told me that I’ll put shaft seal and didn’t have one and I was sent away with a brand new truck still leaking from the transmission.
