We worked with Damien when we visited Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo. He was awesome to work with. We were able to test drive a truck and we were never pressured to buy anything. When we asked about a vehicle we saw online that wasn't on the lot, he located it, told us about it, and answered the questions we had about it. He ran the numbers for us to purchase it and had the individual that had the truck at the moment, bring it back up to the lot for us to ultimately purchase. Damian was professional and courteous the entire time. He answered all of our questions and made our truck buying experience awesome. We would definitely work with him on any future purchases.
