She worked quickly, found exactly what I wanted and had the paperwork and everything ready to go when I walked in the door. Easiest experience I have ever had. Melisa was also thorough and explained everything I needed to know. And she has a friendly and fun personality! Dane and Lisa and everyone I crossed paths with including the staff member at the rental car return also so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this entire team! More

I found a Chevy Colorado here online that fit what we wanted, so I called first thing in the morning and got transferred to Jeff Nelson. From the initial conversation to the final handshake and driving t wanted, so I called first thing in the morning and got transferred to Jeff Nelson. From the initial conversation to the final handshake and driving the car off the lot, Jeff was on the ball. He exceeded expectations by sending me a personal video showing the condition of the vehicle, and followed up every time there was an action item to be completed. Lisa was great to work with on helping us obtain some incentives from GM on accessories for the vehicle. Thanks, Lisa! When I showed up to the dealership, the truck was parked right out front and squeaky clean! Jeff greeted me outside within 30 seconds of my arrival and showed me all of the necessary vehicle features. Casey in the finance department was efficient, friendly, and ensure the transaction went smooth. The entire process was seamless, the staff were wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle! More
