He exceeded expectations by sending me a personal video showing the condition of the vehicle, and followed up every time there was an action item to be completed. Lisa was great to work with on helping us obtain some incentives from GM on accessories for the vehicle. Thanks, Lisa! When I showed up to the dealership, the truck was parked right out front and squeaky clean! Jeff greeted me outside within 30 seconds of my arrival and showed me all of the necessary vehicle features. Casey in the finance department was efficient, friendly, and ensure the transaction went smooth.
