This place is awesome and I would say that I got my car with the great deal. This is my first car that why I really wanted to have a nice deal with them as well as the people whom I talk to which is Stephe with the great deal. I am very upset at the dealership’s handling of a simple oil change visit yesterday. The service department took almost 4 hours to perform this service task. At no time did the service rep come and advise t oil change visit yesterday. The service department took almost 4 hours to perform this service task. At no time did the service rep come and advise that the department was running late or convey ANY information. Please understand that I did come in without an appointment, having called the dealership the day before and left a message that was never returned. After complaining to the service manager (Chris?), I was essentially told that’s what happens when you come in without an appointment. When I asked if he (svc mgr) found it acceptable to keep a customer waiting for FOUR hours for an oil change, he told me that he could give me a reason for this but that he was sure I’d see it as an “excuse” rather than a reason, so he wouldn’t even bother. Note: I had told him that I was a ten-year customer with them and was on my fourth Honda. I guess that it didn’t add any credence with him. Note: Lisa Tringali of your sales department did try to soothe my very hurt feelings. She represents your dealership VERY nicely and professionally, as opposed to the service folks. This was NOT a sales visit!!! More

Who would ever know I would be dropping off my Honda for repairs quite often. I wish I could rely on them for being located near where I live, but if you need to drop off your car for any service, even warr repairs quite often. I wish I could rely on them for being located near where I live, but if you need to drop off your car for any service, even warranty services (whether your car is a month old or not), they will give you mixed answers on courtesy loaners. First of all, they will make you pay money out of your pocket for their local rental. That wouldn’t be a bad idea if you wouldn’t have to drop your car off several times for the same issue. Also, it’s very difficult to reach out to Management or Customer service in order to get assistance from them. You’ll be better off dropping it off at Weston. I now have to find time to drop off my car once again. It has been 2 months and not a single soul from the dealer has called be to follow up. That shows how little concerned they are. I AM HUGELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. More
