What a disappointment it has been. I’ve left a voicemail and no response. It’s been two months and no follow-up. Their highly unprofessional service shows no concerns to the needs of customers.

When you thought this dealer wouldn't get any worse, they won't even show any concern about how disappointed the customer is with their vehicle and their services. Today marked the 10th time I've dropped my one-year old vehicle at their shop, only this time the vehicle was non-drivable. The issue now, on top of several existing issues with the car, is that it lost power, and the message shown on the screen was: "Emissions system problem. Power may be reduced. See your dealer." This is why I advise you to not hesitate on seeking legal help, because basically, you're on your own. Also, it wouldn't be a bad idea to contact corporate about the matter either. After all, the dealer will only provide you with assistance if the solution is profitable to them. Not too long ago, I've taken my Honda because there was rattling inside the horn housing. I still had to return for the same issue because that could be fatal due to projectile had your airbags been deployed when needed. It was only during a recall that they replaced the steering rod, which is now making noises in a different place when you turn; just like that of an old car. Again, I must warn you about this dealer that customer service is non existent. Bottom line is, speak up and speak out. I visited several sources to report them.
