She really has a grasp on how to make the customer feel happy and wanting more from her. I had a big problem, which had dealt with rebates and she fixed it ASAP. We went to the toyota dealership across the street and they were Horrendous!!!! We looked over and saw the Ford dealership across the street. Glad to say that experience was a positive one.
